My fees for standard residential real estate transactions are:
Sale of house or mortgage re-finance with discharge of existing mortgage: $375 all inclusive
Purchase of house with registration of mortgage: $799 all inclusive for non-strata property, $850 all inclusive for strata properties (title insurance extra if required by mortgagee)
